Dalitso is responsible for managing the Institute’s programmes (planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation) and administrative function. He is a holder of MBA, Postgraduate Diploma in Management and B.Ed. He has managed capacity building, education and consultancy projects in over 10 eastern and southern African countries for the past 6 years.
Throughout his 12 years of professional experience, Dalitso assumed a variety of roles that include administrative leadership, strategy and business plan formulation, financial administration, project management, management consulting and training. He has worked with both middle and senior management teams at national, and regional levels
